168th Regiment, Regional Training Institute (RTI)
The 168th Regiment Regional Training Institute (RTI) trains current and future leaders of the National Guard, Active Component and Reserve to the standards set forth by the United States Army Training and Doctrine Command, provide the resources and knowledge to train to standard and lead effectively ensuring that every student is afforded the highest quality training possible. It is a Regional Training Institute of Excellence (RTIoE) located on Fort Carson in Colorado Springs, at the base of the majestic Rocky Mountains. Colorado Army National Guard

The 168th RTI is the Colorado National Guard's premier "Fully Accredited" training institute, known for having professional leaders who inspire students to meet the highest standards with realistic and relevant training. They have Live Ranges, Training Simulators, Classrooms, Conference Areas, State Office Areas, On-site Lodging, Supply/Admin Areas and much more.

Located on Fort Carson, the RTI offers one of the most modern, and technologically advanced learning environments in the country for members of the Armed Services, Government Agencies and First Responders alike. Additional billeting, classrooms, ranges and other support are available right next door at the Centennial Training Site. The 168th also manages several other leader development programs such as:
